Because every purchase is an immediately downloadable digital PDF template that cannot be physically returned once accessed, we do not offer refunds simply because a tracker has been viewed or is no longer needed.

Refunds on digital downloads
Our books and trackers are delivered instantly as digital PDF files, so refunds are limited — but we always fix genuine problems.
When we do refund
We issue an unconditional full refund if you were charged twice for the same tracker collection, if payment was completed but no download was received, or if the file is corrupted and we cannot supply a working replacement.
Please report any technical issue within 7 days of purchase with your transaction reference and we will resolve it immediately.
How to request a refund
Email info@truetrackers.in or WhatsApp +91 98978 36549 with the email used at checkout, the tracker title and your payment reference ID. Approved refunds are returned directly to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
